Reason:
The action code returned by the DC debugger to CA ADS during a debugging session either is not known to CA ADS or should not have been set upon return to CA ADS. Codes that should not be set upon return to CA ADS include those for Stop, Inquire, and IOUser. This is a system internal error. Run a PLOG and contact Technical Support.
