Documentation Changes

The following documentation updates were made for the 18.5.00 release of this documentation:

• DISPLAY/PUNCH ALL Statement—A description of the new RECursive parameter that appends “AS SYNTAX.” or “AS COMMENT.” to each generated line of output was added.
• DISPLAY/PUNCH Examples—An example of using the RECursive parameter was added.
• Entity-Type Syntax—The syntax diagrams of all statements (except RECORD SYNONYM) have been updated with the RECursive parameter.
