ACTION

Description of the current processing function: BROWSE, ADD, MODIFY, or DELETE.

STATUS INFORMATION

Detailed information about the status definition.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the status definition.
Type	Indication of whether the status definition is public or private. Defaults to PUBLIC for the add option (2). PUB -- Any user can assign this status, assuming the user can access the add association option (6) PRI-- A user must be authorized to use this status definition in order to assign this status
Comment	User-defined comments associated with the status definition.
