ENTITY

The entity you want to review. Leave this field blank to request all pre-authorized entities. To focus in on a specific entity, fill in the appropriate fields below:

Enter the entity type.

Version

Enter the entity version number.
USER

The CA Endevor/DB userid you want to review. Leave this field blank to request all pre-authorized users.

CCID

The CCID you want to review. Leave this field blank to request all pre-authorized CCIDs.
