Specifies the name of an area containing the IP address in standard dotted string format.

ip-address-string-length

Specifies the name of a fullword field containing the length of ip-address-string, which can be specified as an absolute expression.

The maximum value for this parameter is defined by IPADDS4L in Assembler and SOCKET-IPADDS4L in other languages.

ip-address

Specifies the name of a fullword field that will contain the IP address in binary format.
