Utility services for the JDBC Driver and JDBC Server. Services provided include methods to write output to a system wide log file, pass connection information to the native interfaces, and to read and write configuration information to the registry on Windows or the configuration file on other platforms. These services are generally implemented in native code. Native shared libraries (or dlls) are currently available for Windows, Linux/386, Linux/390, OS/390, and z/OS.
