GVBDBOFF—Deactivate CA Hyper-Buf

This program deactivates CA Hyper-Buf. You can run this program at any time to remove CA Hyper-Buf from your system.

Sample JCL member GVBDBOFF is provided in the CAISAMP library.

Note: GVBDBOFF requires no input.

After you run this job, OPENs are no longer screened by the OPEN intercept routine.

You can restart dynamic buffering at any time after GVBDBOFF completes by running GVBDBFON again, or by the ACTIVATE ISPF panel, if you are authorized to do so.
