CA Harvest SCM Plug-In for Eclipse is a plug-in for the Eclipse Foundation's Eclipse Platform, an open platform for tool integration. The CA Harvest SCM Plug-In for Eclipse delivers CA Harvest SCM configuration management and change control to the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
