Share My Work

As a business user, you may want to select another user to share your work with when you are busy or out of the office. The user is then able to approve or reject certifications on your behalf. When you share your work with another user and a new certification is assigned to you, the certification is also sent to the user you selected. An email is also sent to the selected user, notifying them that there is a certification that they can act on.

The first action that is taken, either by you or the user you are sharing your work with, is then processed by the product.

To select a user to share your work with, click Share my Work in the top right corner of the screen.

Note: This functionality is different from reassigning a certification. When you share your work, the certifications are not reassigned to the user you a sharing with. Instead, the certifications stay assigned to you, even though the other user can act on those certifications.
