Print

Prints the document as it appears on screen.

Next Page

Displays the next page of the report.

Prev Page

Displays the previous page of the report.

One Page / Two Page

Toggles between displaying one page or two pages of the document.

Zoom In

When the pointing device is held on a page of the report, the pointer changes from its normal appearance (usually an arrowhead) to a magnifying glass icon. This signifies that by clicking on the document zoom-in will be performed. Usually, it is possible to zoom in two orders of magnitude (clicking each time to do so). Clicking a third time will return the document image to its original size.

Zoom Out

After zoom-in is performed (by clicking on the document image), the Zoom Out button becomes active. Click the Zoom Out button to return the document image to its original size.

Close

Closes the Preview window and returns to the previous window.
