CA GovernanceMinder uses a set of predefined processes to execute the certification tasks. Administrators can create alternative processes, which change how CA GovernanceMinder implements certification tasks. For example, administrators can define a set of processes that involve higher management levels in certification reviews. You create a certification and specify the set of processes that controls the certification tasks execution.
Before you can apply alternative processes to your certification, administrators must create and import the processes to CA GovernanceMinder, and map them to certification business workflow tasks.
Specify the process mapping for your certification in the certification creation wizard Execution screen. The following options are available under Processes:
