When integrating with CA GovernanceMinder, CA IdentityMinder workflow approvals are disabled for all export tasks generated by CA GovernanceMinder. All approvals for exported changes to CA IdentityMinder must be handled in CA GovernanceMinder.
For example, if you run a User Certification, approvals are done as part of the certification. When you export all the changes to those users back to CA IdentityMinder, no workflow processes are initiated for the CA IdentityMinder tasks generated by that export.
Workflow behavior is unchanged for native CA IdentityMinder tasks within the system.
If you have workflow processes in CA IdentityMinder that you want to enforce when doing approvals in CA GovernanceMinder, you must recreate those workflow processes in CA GovernanceMinder.
Note: CA IdentityMinder tasks generated by an CA GovernanceMinder export contain 'IMRCM' in the task name.
