Web Services Overview

CA GovernanceMinder exposes web services that support a range of queries and interactions, including the following:

• Data update and exchange—endpoints can submit provisioning changes directly to a CA GovernanceMinder configuration, and receive provisioning updates from CA GovernanceMinder.
• What-if queries—provisioning platforms can use CA GovernanceMinder analytical tools to test proposed provisioning changes for compliance or pattern issues.
• Service extension and integration—external applications or resources can be integrated with CA GovernanceMinder workflows. For example, certification and other processes can interface with SMS or other messaging platforms to send users task or status notifications.
