Flag indicating if the CICS system targeted to run CA Gen applications executes on the same CPU as Host Construction. Only applications targeting DB2 use this variable to decide where and when to do the DB2 BIND.

Y - Host Construction can perform the BIND.

N - You must do a manual BIND on the other CPU.
