Arguments

The following table gives a brief description of each of the arguments.

Name	I/O	Description
* data	Input/Output	A pointer to a buffer area where the runtime is to copy the user data. Note: It is the caller’s responsibility to ensure that adequate memory has been allocated to contain the user data contained in the current message.
