CIDExitDisabled

The default exit implementation disables all future calls into this exit. The CIDE_PROC user exit will never be invoked.

CIDExitEnabled

Return this value to enable subsequent processing of the Conversation Instance Data Exit entry point, .CIDE_PROC.
