This specifies a unique character used to construct a COMMID to identify the requesting application. Each instance of ieftuxcl must specify a different value.

Example:

$IEFH/bin/ieftuxcl -i A

-l

This specifies that each request should be verified by the security exit. The default is no security checking. If this switch is used, the security process will validate the user ID, password, and transaction name from each request.

Note: If the CA Gen Security option is used, the buffer is not passed to this Security Exit.
