The Tablespace Data Store table represents DB2 tablespaces. Each tablespace must have at least one data set (DATASET_TBLSP) but may have more than one. Most tablespaces will have one or more tables stored in them.
The Tablespace Data Store table records the name (NAME), bufferpool (DB2 BUFFERPOOL), VSAM catalog name (VSAM_CAT NAME), unit of locking (DB2_LOCKSIZE), and the close-data-sets-when-not-in-use option (DB2_CLOSE).
This table is maintained by the DSD Group command.
