When an action diagram contains an entity action (PAD_CREATE, PAD_READ, PAD_UPDATE, or PAD_DELETE), the entity action is associated with an entity view (ENTITY_VIEW). The entity view is associated with the entity type and with the Entity Action view set (VIEW_SET).

When an action diagram contains a SET statement (PAD_SET_ATTR), the SET action is associated with an attribute view (ATTR_VIEW). The attribute view is associated with the attribute being set and with the associated entity view.
