The critical success factors are created by using Matrices in the Planning toolset. The system‑defined class for the critical success factor is CRITICAL_SUCCESS_FACTOR. The system‑defined matrices that contain critical success factors are:

• OBJECTIVE/CRIT_SUCCESS_FACTOR
• INFO_NEED/CRIT_SUCCESS_FACTOR
