The Subset ID is a unique integer within the encyclopedia that identifies the subset. This indicates the subset from which to retrieve information.
The count is the number of users and groups authorized for the subset. Specify the maximum number of user and group IDs you want to retrieve. If you want to retrieve all the user and group IDs, specify negative one (-1).
