CDate, Create Date, is the date the user was created in year/month/day YYYY-MM-DD format.

pszCTime

CTime, Create Time, is the time the user was created in hours/minutes/seconds HH:MM:SS format on a 24 hour clock.

CUserId, Create User ID, is the user ID of the person who created the user.
