Create Date is the date the subset was created in year/month/day YYYY-MM-DD format.

pszCreateTime

Create Time is the time the subset was created in hours/minutes/seconds HH:MM:SS format on a 24 hour clock.

pnCreateUserId

Create Userid is the user ID of the person who created the subset.
