Installing CA Gen on NonStop

The CA Gen Implementation Toolset (IT) includes tools for building and testing generated applications on NonStop. Knowledge about the NonStop operating system, system utilities, and the file system to perform tasks is helpful. You require access to a system administrator user id.

Support for SQL/MX was added with CA Gen 8.5. To take advantage of generated applications targeting SQL/MX, an additional set of files are installed under the NonStop OSS environment. For more information about installing support for SQL/MX, see Installing Support for SQL/MX.
