Record STDOUT and STDERR Messages to a File

Follow these steps:

  1. Open a command prompt window.
  2. Enter this command to direct messages to a file: 
    iefmd /mdini="%IEF_CONFIGDIR%\iefmd.ini"
/mderr=="%IEF_WORKINGDIR%\[set the File Name variable]"
