COMPDIFF

The COMDIFF keyword sets the maximum number of mismatches allowed before the COMPARE command is terminated. (Mismatches are defined as inserted, deleted, and changed records.) COMPDIFF is only valid with the COMPARE command. When the COMPDIFF limit is reached, that record's processing is completed, and the command terminates. The shipped default value for COMPDIFF is 0, which sets no maximum limit, but the default value may have been changed during product installation by updating the &BAT_COMPDIFF option.
