SQL Server User Directory Address Not Accepted in IPv6 Format with Brackets (78475)

Symptom:

The SQL Server user directory does not connect if the IP address is entered in IPv6 format with brackets on the Deployment Settings screen.

Solution:

Do not use brackets for this address.
