Cannot Use an IPv6 address for the Server Host Name Setting (77044)

Symptom:

If you install Federation Manager in proxy mode, when you run the Configuration wizard, you cannot enter an IPv6 address for Server Host Name parameter. This results in a 404 error for any federated resource that a user tries to access.

Solution:

Enter the hostname for the Server Host Name parameter. Do not use the IPv6 address.
