IPv6 Address with Brackets Causes a Configuration Wizard Error (78129)

Symptom:

The Configuration Wizard fails when an IP address in IPv6 format is entered with brackets in the Database Information screen.

Solution:

The Configuration Wizard now accepts brackets as part of the IPv6 address.
