SSL Key/Certificate Migration Tool (125368)

Symptom:

Existing SSL certificate for Federation Manager r12 Apache web server cannot be migrated to Federation Manager r12.1 SP3.

Solution:

A command-line SSL utility ships with Federation Manager r12.1 SP3 to enable the migration of SSL keys and certificates from an r12 Federation Manager or r12.0 SP1 system to an r12..1 SP3 system.
