SiteMinder Connector Registration on Windows Relies on Port 7 (119112)

Symptom:

To register the SiteMinder Connector, the registration process relies on port 7 on Windows to make a TCP/IP connection.

Solution:

The SiteMinder Connector registration process no longer connects to port 7 on Windows.
