Federation Manager Does not Work with Non-default SQL Ports (85148)

Symptom:

When Federation Manager is configured to use a non-standard SQL port, that is, a port other than 1433, Federation Manager does not work properly.

Solution:

You can now specify a non-default SQL port when running the Configuration Wizard.
