Federation Manager UI Must Be Installed on the C Drive (83643)

Symptom:

If Federation Manager is installed on a non-C drive, the Federation Manager UI components are not installed.

Solution:

This is no longer a problem. You can install Federation Manager on other drives besides the C drive.
