Actions at End-of-File

RESTORE signals the end-of-file to the user exit by passing X'FFFFFFFF' (HIGH-VALUES) to the exit in the flag field. At this point, the exit can either continue inserting records or return and signal end-of-file by leaving the flag field as it was passed. Leaving HIGH-VALUES in the flag field indicates end-of-file to the restore.
