Validate Business Indicator Data is Available for Mobile Devices

Perform the following tasks to validate and view web service data on your mobile device.

Note: Data becomes available for viewing only after being polled and aggregated by CA Executive Insight. Newly created business indicators are scheduled for polling and aggregation within 2 minutes from the moment they are created, and then again at their regularly scheduled time (30 minutes past midnight). Depending on the number of newly created indicators and the Late Data Range days, it may take several minutes to finish the polling and aggregation processes.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Mobile Application.
  2. Select the Catalog tab.
  3. Select By Category or By Business Service, depending on the type of indicator, and then click View as Dashboard.
  4. Select individual business indicators to view data.
  5. Select an individual business indicator to see a detailed view of a single data metric as a business indicator.

    You can specify alternate time views such as daily, monthly, and quarterly.
