“低于”值作为 CA Executive Insight 中的 Efficiency Under Utilized Server Count 出现。 “超出”值作为 CA Executive Insight 中的 Efficiency Over Utilized Server Count 出现。 “低于”、“良好”、“警告”和“超出”值的总和作为 CA Executive Insight 中的 Total Server Count 出现。

CA Capacity Command Center 中的相同度量标准名称用于许多不同的组；因此，在 CA Executive Insight 中表示时，CA Capacity Command Center 按照父组名称在默认度量标准名称前加前缀以示唯一。

默认情况下，CA Executive Insight 服务器每日轮询 CA Capacity Command Center 度量标准在午夜之后的 30 分钟开始。 如果 CA Capacity Command Center 服务器或数据不可用，CA Executive Insight 每二小时进行重试轮询，直到返回数据或下一定期间隔轮询周期开始。 CA Executive Insight 每小时请求数据。 理想情况是将返回 24 个数据点（过去一天中的每个小时）。 然而，如果 CA Capacity Command Center 服务器不可用或在轮询时间之前没有完成其每日数据计算，那么会提供较少的数据点。 此外，CA Capacity Command Center 预计算累计流程很可能几天没有运行。 为了弥补，CA Executive Insight 会轮询前几天的数据，并填充先前轮询中丢失的数据，或在先前已轮询的情况下更新数据。 有关执行轮询的过去天数（延迟数据范围）的信息，请参阅“为 CA Capacity Command Center 创建度量标准连接器”一节。

注意：如果 CA Capacity Command Center 数据没有被 CA Executive Insight 服务器轮询或聚合，那么基于 CA Capacity Command Center 的业务指标可能不显示请求数据间隔的数据。 如果 CA Capacity Command Center 服务器没有对过去三天内的 CA Capacity Command Center 数据运行预计算累计流程，CA Executive Insight 轮询会导致无数据。
