You can configure the Port number where the CA Executive Insight by updating the 'server.xml' file in the following path:
Install_dir\product\ServerAndUI\plugins\catalina.start.osgi.config.fragment_1.0.0\conf
This has connector information regarding HTTP and HTTPS, and is where you can configure the port number.
By default the HTTP port number is 8443 and the port protocol is HTTP. By default HTTPS protocol is commented out and disabled.
