CA Directory Folder is Not Removed When the CA EEM Server is Uninstalled

Symptom:

When I uninstall the CA EEM Server, the CA Directory folder is not removed and the following error messages is recorded in the uninstall log:

rm: Cannot remove any directory in the path of the current working directory
/opt/CA/Directory/dxserver

If you reinstall the CA EEM Server on the same computer in the same path as the previous installation, the following error message is recorded in the install log:

The specified folder /opt/CA/Directory/dxserver cannot be used as it is owned by another user.
Installation terminated.
ERROR: CA Directory install failed!
Aborting Installation

Solution:

Manually delete the CA Directory folder after uninstalling the CA EEM Server.
