Error while getting the list of components from the Proxy for module - <ModuleName> and <msg>

Reason:

An error occurred while getting the component list from the proxy for a given module. The error message is described in <msg>. This could be an iTech issue or network issue.

Action:

Try the following corrective actions:

• From the subscription client, verify connectivity with the configured Subscription Proxy(s) for Client by pinging each selected server. If the ping returns data, no other action is required.
• If there is a connection problem, review the configuration and if errors exist, correct them.

Note: If an action you take solves the problem, the client will get the list of components from its proxy during the next update cycle.
