Subscription Modules Must be Reselected After Upgrade

Symptom:

When you upgrade CA Enterprise Log Manager to r12.1, any previously-selected subscription modules are removed from the interface selected list to the available list. This prevents further subscription updates to those modules.

Solution:

After you have upgraded, re-select the modules you want using the following procedure:

To re-select subscription modules

1. Log into CA Enterprise Log Manager and click the Administration tab, and then the Services subtab.
2. Open the Subscription module for each server you want to update.
3. Using the subscription shuttle controls, move the modules you want to be available for updates from the Available list to the Selected list.
4. Click Save.
