Signin Elements

When you add or update an element in, or retrieve an element from, CA Endevor SCM, the element is signed out to you. A signout is the assignment of a user ID to an element, establishing ownership of the element. Signout is automatic when adding or updating elements in or when retrieving elements from CA Endevor SCM. However, you can use the Signout To option to assign the element to another person.

The signin action removes the current signout for an element. Signin can be implicit or explicit.
