USS Package Ship Support
You now can use batch administration to define package ship destinations and mapping rules for UNIX System Services (USS) supported files. Previously, these operations could only be performed in foreground. The following SCL statements are updated to support USS files:
- Define Shipment Destination Syntax—Updated to add the clauses USS Host Path Name Prefix and USS Remote Name Prefix, which enable you to use batch administration to define shipment destinations for USS supported files.
- Define Shipment USS Mapping Rule Syntax—Added to enable you to use batch administration to define mapping rules for USS supported files.
- Delete Shipment Destination Syntax—Updated so that USS mapping rules are also deleted when a destination is deleted.
- Delete Shipment USS Mapping Rule Syntax—Added to enable you to delete USS mapping rules.
- Build SCL Shipment Destination—Updated so that the SCL built for the shipment destination supports USS mapping rules.
In addition, the API List Destination output and the CSV utility List Destination output include new USS fields. For more information about these changes, see the SCL Guide and the API Guide.
