Model Lock

Lock a model so that other users cannot access the model without necessary permission. In the new version of CA ERwin Data Modeler, you can select different types of locks to lock your model. You can also lock each catalog entries such as Libraries, Model Versions, Model Templates, and even Mart.

You can lock a data model from the Open dialog, the Mart toolbar, and Catalog Manager. You can lock all the catalog entries from the Catalog Manager.
