Enter an Entity User Note

Use the Notes tab in the Entity Editor to enter notes for an entity in the logical model, which can include any free-form text such as sample data and queries.

To enter an entity user note

1. Click Entities on the Model menu.

   The Entity Editor opens.

2. Select the entity in the Navigation Grid for which you want to enter a user note and click the Notes tab.
3. Click New on the toolbar.

   The Entity Notes editor opens.

4. Enter note text and click Close when you are done.

   Entity user note text is saved and the Entity Notes editor closes.

5. Click Close.

   The Entity Editor closes.
