View History in a Property Editor

You can view the history for a specific object in the History tab of a property editor. Historical information can be traced for Entities, Attributes, Tables, Columns, Views, and Cached Views.

To view history in a property editor

1. Open the property editor for an Entity, Attribute, Table, Column, View, or Cached View and click the Notes tab.

   The following information displays:

   Event

   Displays information about modeling actions for the object. The settings in the Model Editor, History Options tab determine the events that are recorded.

   Created/By

   Displays the date and time the object was created, and the name of the user that created it.

   Modified/By

   Displays the date and time the object was modified, and the name of the user that modified it.

2. You can specify a Note for the history event when you click New and enter text in the Notes Editor.

   Your changes are saved when you click Close.
