The Standard toolbar, which is initially located near the top of the workspace, contains a group of buttons that you can use to perform common tasks. Each toolbar button is a shortcut that you can use instead of selecting a menu option. For example, you can use the Save toolbar button instead of choosing Save on the File menu.
You can view a description of each toolbar button by placing the mouse cursor on each button in the workspace.
You can move the toolbar to a floating or docked position.
To display or hide the toolbar, click Toolbars, Standard from the View menu.
