Specify an Alias for a View Source Table
Use the From tab in the View Editor to specify an alias name for a view source table in a physical model.
To specify an alias for a view source table
- Right-click the view for which you want to specify an alias and click View Properties.
The View Editor opens.
- Click the From tab.
- Select the source table for which you want to specify an alias, and enter an alternative name in the Alias box.
- Click Close.
The alias is specified and the View Editor closes.
