You can produce a file that can be used by CA Technical Support to understand problems encountered in a model. You can provide the file to Technical Support for further analysis. Use the diagnostic export feature only when recommended by a CA Technical Support representative.
To generate a diagnostic export, click Generate Diagnostic Export from the Help Menu.
When you use this option, a prompt states where the diagnostic file is saved.
