Enter a Script Comment

You can use the Comment tab in the Script Template Editor to enter a comment for a script. If your target server supports comments, you can generate comments in the physical schema DDL script.

To enter a script comment

1. Click Script Templates on the Model menu.

   The Script Template Editor opens.

2. Select the script in the Navigation Grid for which you want to enter a comment.
3. Click the Comment tab and enter script comments. Use the toolbar to cut, copy, and paste text, open the Text Editor, or check spelling.
4. Click Close.

   Script comments are saved and the Script Template Editor closes.
