Change the SQL Code for a Materialized View

To change the SQL code for a materialized view

1. In a physical model based on Oracle, right-click a materialized view in the diagram, and select Database Materialized View Properties.

   A context menu with additional options opens.

2. Click the SQL option on the context menu.

   The Materialized Views Editor opens at the SQL tab.

3. Select the User-Defined SQL check box.
4. Change the SQL code in the box and click OK.

Note: When you select the User-Defined SQL check box, relationships to source tables in the model are no longer maintained.
